Welcome to "Sleepyland" (hereinafter "this App"). Please read the following terms carefully before use. By downloading or using this App, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Service Description
This App provides multi-track mixing and playback of white noise and soothing sleep sounds. Features include a sleep timer, Baby Zone, water-ripple relaxation, digital clock, keep-screen-on mode, custom sound mixes (My Mixes), cloud download and caching of sounds, home screen Widget, and AirPlay streaming — helping you and your family relax and fall asleep.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
This App offers a free version and paid options:
- Free version: basic features are available (including audio import and recording), with interstitial ads shown during playback (about one every 30 minutes)
- VIP subscription: monthly and yearly plans that remove ads for the subscription period and unlock all sounds and baby items, unlimited mixes, all themes, all relaxation tools, and priority feedback
Payment terms:
- Payment method: charged to your Apple ID account
- Auto-renewal: VIP subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Canceling: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; after canceling, VIP remains active until the end of the current period
- Refunds: payments are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy — please contact Apple Support to request one
- Restore purchases: after switching devices or reinstalling, use "Restore Purchases" to recover your purchases (the same Apple ID is required)
3. Promo Codes
- Promo codes are single-use: each code can be redeemed only once and becomes invalid after redemption
- Promo codes may not be resold, auctioned, or used for any commercial purpose
- We reserve the right to revoke benefits obtained through improper means (e.g., generated by scripts, stolen, or duplicate redemption)
4. User Content and Copyright Responsibility
This App allows you to import your own audio files or make recordings:
- Content you import or record is stored only locally on your device; we never upload or access it
- You must ensure you hold the legal rights to any content you import or record; you bear sole responsibility for any liability arising from importing content that infringes copyright or other rights
- You may not use this App to process any infringing or unlawful content
5. Intellectual Property
- The source code, interface design, and official sound library of this App are copyrighted by the developer or its licensors
- Official sounds are licensed to you solely for personal, non-commercial use within this App; you may not extract, re-record, redistribute after downloading, publicly broadcast, or use them in other software or for commercial purposes
- Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or distribution of any part of this App is prohibited
6. Disclaimer
- This App is not a medical device. The sounds and relaxation features are provided for relaxation and sleep-aid reference only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a sleep disorder or other health concerns, please consult a qualified physician
- When playing sounds for infants, parents or caregivers should monitor the volume, playback distance, and environmental safety at all times, avoid prolonged high-volume playback, and follow relevant childcare safety guidance
- This App is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of or inability to use this App
7. Changes to the Service and These Terms
As the product evolves, we may add, adjust, or remove certain features and content (including the sound library). We also reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of this App indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
